Online Purchases
We understand that buying clothing online isn’t always easy—fit, fabric, and feel can be hard to judge from a screen. That’s why we want you to be happy with your purchase and confident shopping with us.
If your order isn’t quite right, we’re happy to exchange it for a different size, colour, style, or offer you a store credit (via e-gift card). Please note: we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. All exchanges are dependent on availability.
You can return an item for exchange or credit provided it is unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached, and accompanied by your receipt. While customers cover the return postage, we’ll cover the shipping cost when sending your full-priced exchange back to you.
Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order. You’re also welcome to return items at one of our store locations.
For sale or promotional items returned for an e-gift card, a postage and handling fee will be deducted from the credit amount. See our Delivery page for more details.
E-gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
To process a return, complete the form on the back of your original paperwork (also emailed to you at purchase), include it with your item, and return to:

In-Store Purchases
For items purchased in-store, returns can be made at either of our locations within 14 days of purchase. If you’re unable to visit, you may return the item by post to the address above.
All returned items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached and your receipt included. In-store returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Store credits issued in-store are valid for 6 months.
This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty, Missing or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact our Customer Service Team so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. If required, we may send your item to the manufacturer for assessment.
- If the fault is major, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair.
- For minor faults, we will repair the item (or, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund) within a reasonable timeframe.
Please note: Items damaged through misuse or abnormal wear are not eligible for return. Proof of purchase is required for any return or claim under consumer law.
If your return is due to a fault or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs. For all change-of-mind returns, shipping is at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable postal service for peace of mind.
