We get it—waiting for fabulous fashion to arrive is the hardest part! Here’s everything you need to know about how (and when) your Roxanne pieces will make their grand entrance.
Standard Delivery – Australia-Wide
(Outside of sale periods)
🎉 Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100
🚀 Spend over $250 and we’ll upgrade you to Free Express Post (because patience is overrated).
📦 Orders under $100? A flat $15 postage & handling fee applies.
We send all parcels via Australia Post, and once your order hits the road, you’ll get a tracking email straight from their system (look out for something from Tracknoreply@auspost.com.au).
Delivery usually takes up to 3 business days—but if something’s delayed, we’ll let you know right away.
Your order will be left safely at your address, even if you're out. Prefer to sign for it or have a special request? Just give us a shout before we ship.
💡 A quick heads-up: Our online store pulls stock from our physical boutiques. That means sometimes we need a day or two to round up your gorgeous new outfit!
🚫 Please note: Sale and promotional items don’t qualify for Express Post upgrades, no matter how fabulous your cart total is. They’ll be shipped via regular post unless we say otherwise.
International Delivery
🌏 New Zealand:
Flat rate of AUD $25 — sent via Express Post
Allow up to 15 business days
🌍 Everywhere else:
Flat rate of AUD $35 — sent via Express Post
Allow 15–20 business days (give or take, depending on your country’s postal system)
✍️ All international parcels require a signature on delivery, so you’ll know your fashion has landed safely.
🧾 Please note: Shipping fees don’t include customs duties or taxes. These may be charged by your country and are your responsibility. As per Aussie export rules, we’re required to list the full value of your items and mark them as dutiable goods.
