We know how exciting it can be when you have ordered something fabulous and cannot wait for it to arrive.  Below is everything you need to know about when your garments will be delivered. 

Within Australia

Delivery is FREE when you spend over $150. 

For orders under $150 there is a $15 postage fee.   

All orders are sent via Australia Post.  You will receive tracking information from Australia Post via their email address, so you can follow the progress of your delivery.  In most cases we send items via Express Post.  However, deliveries may take up to 10 business days.   

This service does not require a signature on delivery. The parcel will be left at the address provided (even if no one is home).  If you do not feel comfortable about this please contact us to discuss alternative delivery arrangements. 

Our online store does not carry its own stock and when you place an order we need to receive the stock from one of our stores.  If your order is delayed we will notify you as soon as possible.  

International Destinations

We send international orders via Registered Post. 

For orders being sent to New Zealand there is a postage fee of $AUD15 which applies to all orders. 

New Zealand orders may take up to 15 business days.

For orders being sent to other international destinations there is a flat postage fee of $AUD35 that applies to all orders.  

Delivery times for other overseas locations will depend on your country’s postal network but an estimated delivery time is between 15-20 business days.  

As the orders are sent via Registered Post the addressee’s signature will be required on delivery for confirmation of arrival. 

Postal charges do not include possible taxes and duties which may applied by customs in your country.   You will be responsible for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed by your country.  To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and mark them as dutiable merchandise.  You should contact your local customs offices to gain further information. 

Roxanne Fashions will not be liable for deliveries outside the estimated times above. 

Late Delivery

We know that online shopping for clothes can sometimes be difficult without knowing the exact fit of a garment. We want you to be satisfied with your purchases, love wearing your new clothes and continue shopping with us.

If something isn't right we will be happy to send you another colour, a new size, an entirely different style or an online store credit.  We do not provide refunds for change of mind, including if the incorrect size has been ordered. Any exchange is subject to availability.

SALE ITEMS - Sale items can be returned to us, at your own cost for return / exchange. For ease of processing, we recommend enclosing a self addressed express bag with your returned garment.

Any unsuitable items can be returned to us for an exchange or store credit as long as the item is in new and unused condition, with all original tags attached with your original receipt.

We ask that any unsuitable item be returned within 14 days of receiving the items.

If you want to return a garment and exchange for another size or garment, please also include a self-addressed express envelope.

Please note that all store credits are valid for 6 months.

The above policy does not impact your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and Regulations.

Faulty, Missing or incorrect item?

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item or are missing an item please contact our customer service team so that they can assist you to resolve the problem. 

As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from Roxanne Fashions. If you believe an item is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description provided or is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where you believe an item is faulty, it may be necessary for us to send your goods to the manufacturer or their service agent for it to be assessed within a reasonable period of time. If there is a major failure with the item, you may choose a refund, exchange or repair. If the failure is minor, we will repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item or refund you) within a reasonable time. These consumer guarantees apply to items or services and may be impacted by the type and age and nature of the item.

Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, Roxanne Fashions will not provide a refund, exchange or repair.

Roxanne Fashions will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, we will reimburse the packaging and postage costs for a replacement. However, all "change of mind" returns must be shipped and handled at your own cost.  We suggest using a traceable mail method for return of garments.
